We care about your health and that is why everyone who averages at least 30 hours in their first 90 days will be eligible for insurance benefits and La Senorita pays 50% of the cost for the amigo for Health and Dental Coverage, and 100% for Life Insurance Coverage.
401(k) Traditional or Roth Savings Plans with Company Match
We care about our employee’s future so we will match your 401(k) deferral by 25% up to the first $3,000 you defer. That’s a yearly benefit of free money of $750.

Scholarship Program
The amigo scholarship program accepts applications annually from January 1st through April 1st. We are committed to awarding $1,000 scholarships each year to qualified employees or children of employees at La Senorita.
